Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AC Guru Sunny Academy, we are committed to providing the highest standard of 100% practical AC technician training. Please review our refund guidelines below.
1. Cancellation & Refund Request Window
Students who have registered and paid the course fee can request a cancellation and refund within 3 days of registration or before the batch orientation begins (whichever is earlier).
2. Free Batch Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend the scheduled batch due to personal or medical emergencies, you have the option to transfer your seat to any upcoming batch at no additional charge.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI) within 5-7 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Once a student has commenced physical practical training classes in the lab and received training study kits, the course fees are non-refundable.
